What FoodieFlow does

How FoodieFlow helps you

FoodieFlow helps simplify your weekly cooking and grocery planning. Here's what you can do with the app:

Common questions
How do I generate meal ideas? +
Open the Meal Ideas section, enter ingredients you'd like to use, and FoodieFlow will suggest meal ideas based on what you have available.
How do I edit my weekly meal plan? +
Tap any day in the weekly planner and choose a different meal from your saved meals. You can rearrange or remove meals at any time.
How do shopping lists work? +
When meals are added to your weekly plan, FoodieFlow automatically combines all the ingredients into a single shopping list for you.
The app is behaving strangely — what should I try? +
Try these steps in order:
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Ensure you are using the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  • Check your internet connection
  • Sign out and back in from the Account tab
  • Restart your device

What's the difference between Free and Pro? +
Free accounts include a limited number of meal suggestions and access to core planning features. Pro members (£2.99/month) get unlimited AI meal suggestions, detailed nutrition information, and priority access to new features.
How do I manage my subscription? +
Subscriptions can be managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Why can't I see Pro features after subscribing? +
If you recently subscribed, try refreshing the app or signing out and back in from the Account tab. If the issue continues, please contact us via the support form.
Can I change my dietary preferences and allergies? +
Yes, at any time. Go to the Account tab → Diet to update your dietary preferences, allergies, disliked ingredients, and measurement system. Changes apply immediately to new meal suggestions.
How is my data used? +
FoodieFlow stores only the information needed to provide the service — such as your meals, preferences, and shopping lists. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us via the support form.
Can I suggest a new feature? +
Yes — we love hearing ideas from users. Many features in FoodieFlow have come directly from user feedback. Send us your suggestion via the support form and we'll consider it for future updates.
Is FoodieFlow available on Android? +
Android support is coming soon. Contact us via the support form to register your interest and be notified when it's available.
