The conditions that govern your use of the FoodieFlow application and service.
Please read these terms carefully. By downloading or using FoodieFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FoodieFlow mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by FoodieFlow ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
FoodieFlow is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Service to save and organise meals, generate weekly meal plans, create grocery shopping lists, store dietary preferences, and receive personalised meal suggestions — all for personal household use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us via the support form immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service.
FoodieFlow is available as a free app with optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features ("Pro"). Details of what is included in each plan are displayed within the App and may change over time with reasonable notice.
All subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. FoodieFlow does not directly process payments or store payment information — all billing is handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms and policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date. Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies. FoodieFlow does not issue refunds directly.
FoodieFlow and all associated content — including the app design, interface, branding, graphics, text, and functionality — are the exclusive property of FoodieFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use FoodieFlow's name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any personal data you input into FoodieFlow — including your saved meals, meal plans, and dietary preferences. By using the Service, you grant FoodieFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service. FoodieFlow is a meal planning and organisation tool, not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Meal suggestions are generated for convenience and general planning purposes only. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, or specific nutritional requirement, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.
We aim to keep FoodieFlow available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
FoodieFlow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, outages or failures affecting Apple App Store, Google Play, third-party hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, or internet service providers. In such cases we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and restore the Service as quickly as possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FoodieFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. FoodieFlow's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date will be revised. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by email. Continued use of FoodieFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the App and may request account deletion by contacting us via the support form.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of FoodieFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
